Peacock Productions, Inc. founder, Secretary and Treasurer Kimberlee Van Patten’s involvement in the gay community dates back to 1984 when she became involved in the Imperial Sovereign Rose Court (ISRC).  In 1990, Kimberlee won one of three open seats on the board of directors for the ISRC and went on to serve for a total of four years (three as president) before becoming Rose Emperor XXIII.

Kimberlee has proven to be a driving force in the gay community.  Over the past 25 years she has produced events such as the Medieval Feast, the All Ages Show, Peacock in the Park and Peacock After Dark.

During her reign as Emperor, The ISRC raised $23,000 for various charities including the Pride of the Rose and Bill & Ann Shepherd Scholarship Funds, Salvation Army Greenhouse and the Rose City Swing Band to name a few. 

Kimberlee has produced sell-out engagements of the hit plays Mommie Queerest and The Facts of Life at Theatre! Theatre!, 2 concerts featuring MANDONNA at the Crystal Ballroom, Darcelle XV's 75th Birthday Bash at the Melody Ballroom and the 50th Anniversary Coronation at the Portland Art Museum. 

Kimberlee is an Oregon native and has worked for the State of Oregon since 1988.  She is currently single and lives in SE Portland with her roommate Steve.
